W&H Law Firm (hereinafter referred to as “W&H”) was founded in 1995 by former core members of the“China Legal Affairs Center”of Ministry of Justice. Currently, W&H has become a well-known international comprehensive law firm in China.
The headquarter of W&H is located in the core area of Zhongguancun, a high-tech industrial zone in Beijing, China. By November 2022, we have set up branches in 45 cities around the world. W&H Law Firm (Guangzhou Office) (hereinafter referred to as "W&H Guangzhou") was established on September 16, 2015, located on the 18th floor of KB Plaza, No.18 Huacheng Avenue, Zhujiang New Town, Guangzhou, covering an office area of 2,300 square meters, with a team comprised of more than 200 professionals, including over 170 well-educated lawyers who once studied in the famous domestic and international universities.
